Bride Wanted Page 6
I fingered myself as I sucked his cock. I wanted so badly to feel that damn cock deep inside my thirsty pussy. I couldn't believe how wet I was. I didn't realize it, but I'd been waiting for a man like this for a long, long time.
"I think that's about enough..." He gently pulled me off his throbbing cock. "Any more of that and I'll be cumming all over your pretty face,” he growled.
I switched places with him and actually blushed when he opened my legs and peered at my pussy. I wondered what he thought about it, but I didn't have long to wait to find out.
"Wow! You look fabulous!" He breathed in my heady aroma, then leaned forward and began kissing all around my gushing pussy. He licked my folds, my thighs, lapped up my juices, everywhere but where I really wanted him to lick.
Just like I teased him, he waited as long as he could before turning his attention to my clit. But oh my God, when his tongue flicked against my little nubbin, I was so much in heaven that I thought I was going to die.
He worked his delicious tongue and lips against my clit, wracking my body with orgasm after orgasm. When he was finished, he slid his needy cock up to my sopping entrance and easily slid right in. I couldn't believe how wet I still was.
His manly lips covered mine and I moaned into his mouth as I felt his massive cock slowly descend into my entrance, widening it and stripping it of its hunger. Electric jolts of pure pleasure coursed through my body and all I could do was wrap my arms around his neck and hold on for dear life.
Sam slid in and out of my tight, wet pussy, fucking me senseless. I couldn't believe I had let this slip out of my grasp because of a dumb lie. Never again.
I wrapped my legs around his waist and kissed him passionately. In and out he worked his cock until I was nothing more than a soaking disheveled mess.
"Oh Sam!" I breathed through orgasms. "Oh yes, fuck me! Fuck me harder!" I pulled him as close to my body as I possibly could. I wanted our bodies to meld.
Sam obliged, working his cock into my tight pussy, bottoming out, then pulling it back up. Hearing my pleadings, he picked up the pace and I could feel his throbbing cock and knew he was almost ready to cum inside me.
A drop of sweat, a grunt and a hard thrust later my man was spraying his love deep inside my aching pussy. I milked him for all he was worth until there was nothing left, then kissed him on the lips.
Chapter 13
Sam
Two days went in the blink of an eye. Wendy was beginning to feel more comfortable here. And the best part?
She was staying in my room, sleeping in my bed. There was nothing better than having the love of your life back with you, close to your own flesh.
I sniffed Wendy’s hair and smelled the faint scent of fruity hair conditioner. She awoke and grinned at me.
“What’re you doing?” she asked.
Wendy propped herself up and wiped her eyes. She went to sleep perfect and woke up the same way.
“I can’t wait for a shower, they’re so relaxing.”
“I’ll join you.” I shuffled my way out of the bed and noticed that my aching hips weren’t aching like they would when I’d first get up.
Wendy’s night gown had given way to her curves and delicious hips. I watched as she switched into the bathroom. She stopped and threw me a glance over her shoulder.
“Coming?” she purred.
“Yes!”
When I was around her, the pain in my legs that would casually go up and down and circle the ball joints of my hips would gently subside.
Maybe it was Wendy being a distraction. Or maybe she was really a mircale to be around.
Either way. I was a better man with her in my life.
*****
“Wow, this is really happening, isn’t it?” Wendy said, staring up at the courthouse.
We were going to go inside and get the marriage license done and then we’d be officially married. There was a proud happiness that was blossoming inside my chest, and I knew that divorce wasn’t going to be an option.
Let alone on her mind.
I grabbed Wendy’s hand and she began to hustle her way up the cements until I squeezed her hand and gave her a gentle tug.
“What is it?” Wendy gave me a concerned look, her blond hair wafting in the wind like a silk scarf.
“Before we get hitched officially, I think it’s only appropriate to give you this,” I kneeled down on one knee and took out a small, palm sized velvet black bag. I dug out the ring and showed it to Wendy. “Would you marry me?”
Wendy clasped her hands over her mouth, her eyes shining and glittering better than the diamond and pearl ring in front of her.
Time stood still for a second, allowing us to take in the joy of this moment. I’d have a better surprise too, later on.
“Sam, you got me my favorite combination!” she squealed, reaching for the ring.
I moved it out her reach. “Wait, I’m the one who has to put it on.”
“Do we have to be so conventional?” she asked, shoving her hands on her hips and giving me a playful smile.
“Absolutely… for a while at least. Here, give me that delicate finger.”
She held out her left hand and I slid the ring onto her finger. I kissed her hand and pulled myself up using my golden cane.
“Let’s go,” I said, holding her hand that now had a massive rock on it.
We climbed the steps and got right to the security checkpoint when I felt my phone buzz in my pocket again. This time, I didn’t need to look to see who was calling, because the ringtone was set for one person; Benson.
“Wendy, let me take this for a second.”
I answered the phone and the worried sniffles of a woman crying on the other end greeted me.
“Hello?” I asked.
“Is this Mr. Reign? My brother’s partner?” the woman asked.
“Yes, this is. Is something wrong?”
The woman on the other line sniffled again and exhaled. “Benson is in the hospital. He’s asking for you. He needs to see you. Now.”
My eyes went wide and I took a step back in shock. “What happened? Is he okay?”
“He’s banged up, but he’ll live. But you need to come down to the hospital now.”
And there was only one hospital he was at. “Okay, I’ll be there in five minutes.” I hung up.
“Wendy. There’s an emergency. We need to go to the hospital. My friend has had an accident.”
Wendy placed her hand on my shoulder. “It’s okay, let’s go!”
We hopped back into the car and drove to the hospital. This hospital had a mix of good and bad memories.
The good memories was when Willow was born, when I was born, and when Daddy was told he didn’t have cancer.
But there was one memory, that seemed to stain the whole premisis of the hospital. That was my coma, and the crash that seekd to ruin my life.
When we arrived at the hospital, the nurses showed me to Benson’s room swiftly, and I found the lady who called me sitting outside his door.
“Hello?” I said, jarring her attention. She was staring at the floor, clearly in distress.
“Hm? Oh, are you Sam?” the woman asked. That was the voice.
“Yes.” I shook her hand and she flipped her hair back, trying her best to not look too stressed. “I’m Benson’s sister, Mellanie. Thank you for coming.”
“No problem. What’s going on.”
Mellanie looked around while she messed with a random button on her sweater. A cold sweat broke out on her forehead and she said in a hushed tone, “debt collectors.”
“What?!” I gasped. “What do they have to do with him?”
“He’s got some sort of a debt overdue, and they wrecked him up pretty badly.”
Wendy stepped in. “They’re not going to harm Sam, are they?”
“No. I hope not at least. You never know with these people.”
The nurse came back around and went into Benson’s room. When she returned, she told us it was okay to
go in and see him.
Mellanie rushed in first and we slowly went in behind her. Benson’s face lit up under the cuts and bruises on his face.
“Sam! Hey there, man. Sorry for looking so ugly today,” he joked. “This must be the lovely wife, huh?”
Wendy smiled. “Hello there. I hope you feel well soon.” She turned to me and landed a sweet kiss on my cheek. “I’m gonna let you three have more privacy, I’ll be outside the door.” Turning her attention back to Benson, she waved goodbye. “Nice meeting you. Take it easy on yourself.”
Wendy slipped out the door, closing it behind her.
I frowned and folded my arms.
“You’re not happy,” Benson pointed out. No I was not.
“First the ten million, now this? Debt sharks?”
Benson glared at Mellanie. “Really, Mel?”
His sister pouted and looked away.
“I’m glad she told me. That means my wife and I are in harm’s way too! What the hell are you doing?”
“It has nothing to do with the company or you two. You’ll be fine.” He waved it off as if debt sharks didn’t go after the people around them.
“No it’s not,” I growled.
“Look, I didn’t ask you here to talk about me. Gallock called me, and he’s coming early!” Benson said, shifting around in his bed. The monitors hummed quietly a a few beeps would sound every so often. It’d have been peaceful if it weren’t so eery.
“How early?”
Chapter 14
Wendy
I waited outside the room for Sam to come out. While I was waiting I looked up and down the hallway. People were being rolled in and out, sobbing family and friends would pass me by, and that smell… the smell of steril air, the signature smell of a hospital kept lingering in the air.
It was a sad smell. Especially when I thought of Sam. He had to be holed up in a place like this, all under a coma. That had to be hard.
But what was harder was the present moment. I had over heard Mellanie talking about debt sharks. Those weren’t men you wanted to deal with. Ever. My father had a run in with those men, and it took almost the rest of his savings to keep us safe. They totaled his car, and left me threatening messages.
Sam was right. Anyone who was close to Mellanie’s brother was in trouble. Which made me twitchy. There could’ve been someone watching us right now. Plus, with Sam’s money, it was only a matter of time before they hit us up too.
I checked my phone and saw that Holly had left me some text messages asking where I’ve been and if I were okay.
Damn. All this financial stress had alienated me from life. Now that I had this opportunity to make over a million, it was safe to say that I could start being me again without all those worries and burdens.
“I totally need to giver her a call. I’m surprised I still have a friend after being shut off for a few months—”
Sam came out of the room and I shoved my phone back in my purse.
“Sam, is your friend going to be okay? He’s pretty banged up.”
Sam’s face was dim. He had some heavy things weighing down on his mind.
“Benson will be fine. But I need to make sure that you are too…”
Sam grabbed my hand and balanced on his golden cane with another. We left the hospital without saying much and got to his car.
I knew he didn’t want to bring this up. But this had me involved too.
“Sam, did Benson really get attacked by loan collectors?” I asked, stroking some of my hair back. Their was a tension in the air inside the car.
He must’ve said something else I didn’t hear while Sam was in the room with him and Mellanie.
“Yeah. His choices as of late are really concerning me.” Sam surveyed me and rubbed his chin. “I know you’re worried. But I won’t anyone lay a finger on you, Wendy.”
His voice was stern, he meant every word that tumbled out of his mouth. And just like that, I felt safe again. Seeing Sam so serious like this gave me that familiar tingle down in the panties again. How’d he end up so… So mature?
My face heated up again for the millionth time. I buckled up, and Sam started the car. It was always a treat to hear the motor rev to life. Talk about a mechanical opera being right behind your ears.
“Let’s get back to the courthouse and apply for that marriage license. Gallock will be coming in about four days.”
I raised out of my seat a little. My money depended on this Gallock thing going smoothly without a hitch.
“Is four days enough time to make him think we’re married?” I clutched the seat beneath me. Sam noticed and placed his hand over mine.
“Don’t worry. It’s enough time. Even if we don’t get the license.”
Sam began to pull the car out of the parking space and headed for the courthouse. We passed many speeding ambulances and police cars. Thank goodness we weren’t there for something too severe. It was never a good experience going to a hospital.
“So, won’t this Gallock guy question us about not having it?” I asked.
Sam kept his attention on the road and smirked.
“Not really. Not as long as you’re connected to my hip. I’ll get you all acquainted with people at the office, and you’ll blend in.” He landed his free hand on my thigh and smoothed it up. “You’ve already blended with me, so the hard part is over,” he growled.
I was ready to blend with him again too. I bit my lip and squirmed in my seat. This was a bad time to get horny. I didn’t feel like walking around with damp panties for the rest of the day.
We arrived at the court and resumed our little climb up the stairs to enter the court. We zoomed past security and made our way up to the clerk’s office. I brought everything they needed; birth certificate, two forms of I.D, and the works. Holly wasn’t going to believe this if I told her.
Sam finished his application too, and I brought it back to the window.
“Thank you, you’ll receive your marriage license in about three days. Thank you,” the clerk said, taking our papers and payment. The whole courthouse smelled like tons of paper on paper. Stuffy, like the word court implied.
Everything had a brown color scheme complimented by marble, which oddly enough reminded me faintly of Sam’s house. If it weren’t for the elegant touch
I pivoted back over to Sam and we both left the courthouse arm in arm.
“I hate courts,” Sam mustered. “You see the worst sides of people when it comes to lawsuits…”
I had a feeling why he brought that up.
“You mean, when you got in that accident? Did you ever get to go to court?”
“No, I wasn’t able to. Even when I woke up. But somehow there was a settlement from the man’s family. I invested it wisely.” He flashed me a sly grin. I took in the scent of his spicy cologne to relax me, and hugged his arm tighter.
“I can tell,” I exclaimed, giggling.
While we made our way down to the garage, I heard a buzzing sound come off of Sam.
“What’s that?”
Then his ringtone began to play.
“Just a second,” he said, digging his phone out of his pocket. “Hello? Really? Good. I’ll be on my way.”
Sam hung up and I tapped my foot.
“What was that about?” I asked, nervous that it was another mishap with this Gallock man that was coming.
“A small emergency at the office. Nothing big.”
Sam dug something else out of his pockets. My eyes veered off to his crotch area, and the pervert in me was able to detect where he had his cock lined up.
“Wendy, catch.”
The keys flew right past me as my eyes were glued to Sam’s crotch. How embarrassing.
“Oh, shit. Sorry!” I stammered, running over to the keys on the ground. Sam laughed and watched as I bent down to get his keys.
“I get to drive, huh?” I jingled the keys in my hand and went over to the driver’s seat.
“Yes. Alone.”
“What?
Where are you going? How’re you going to get there?”
Sam gave me a kiss on the cheek.
“My assistant is going to pick me up in just a second. There’s something at a different office location I need to handle.”
“Can’t I come?” I asked, feeling like a whiny kid. What was so secretive anyways?
“Not right now. I want to introduce you as my wife properly to the head office, then we’ll work our way around. Be careful. And no speeding.”
Sam shook his finger at me, his warning stern. After what he had went through, I wholeheartedly understood.
“Okay. Fine, I’ll be careful. You too, okay?”
Sam nodded and spun around on his cane to the elevator to go up to the main floor. Whoever was picking him up must be going to the main entrance on the city road to get him.
What if his assistant was a sexy female. No, no. Those were bad thoughts. I didn’t need that right now.
That twinge in my heart scared the hell out of me.
“Wait, Wendy. This is only a job. Don’t get so twisted. So what you banged Sam and you’re becoming his wife. You’re his fake wife!” I recited to myself while I climbed into the car, smoothing my dress down as I got in.
It wasn’t like Sam said he wanted me to stay. Even though we cleared the air about prom so long ago, there was so much we had to relearn about each other.
This was just a job.
The car roared to life and I jetted back to my new home.
***
“What the fuck?!” I hissed.
I parked the car in the front and banged my head on the steering wheel. This almost cost me a speeding ticket, running two red lights, and nearly rear-ending another vehicle.
I had to get this out of my mind!
The whole ride home was filled with anxiety about this ‘assistant’ and this ‘business at another office location’.
Sam was mature. But like all mature men, they had a harem of women. Not just one. People changed as they grew older. The Sam now was a mix of the old Sam; one that I knew, and a new Sam; one that I had yet to figure out.
